Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance Department, overseeing plant processing equipment.
• Perform condition monitoring, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure reliability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve machine breakdowns.
• Analyze work methods and machine functionality for improvement opportunities.
• Manage and execute maintenance schedules, repairs, and upgrades on time.
• Prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations for management.
• Enforce Company Health & Safety policies and ensure compliance during maintenance.
• Supervise contractor safety and maintain cleanliness in machinery areas.
• Conduct safety training and implement environmental hazard prevention measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of equipment and performance data.
• Support plant expansion projects and handle additional tasks as required.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in plant, equipment & facilities maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Good to have Fire Safety Manager certification.
