Marketing Associate (Tech SaaS exp), APAC, Contract


Responsibilities:

Customer Story Production:

  • Drive end-to-end production of customer stories, including identifying opportunities, coordinating filming on-site as needed, and liaising with corporate teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Act as the conduit between regional teams and corporate production teams to finalize and publish customer stories.
  • Handle logistics for on-site filming and ensure timely publishing of customer stories on the company website.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage vendors for the production of printed materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including Purchase Order (PO) creation and management.
  • Manage the production and distribution of branded merchandise (SWAG).

Digital Marketing and Campaign Management:

  • Lead the creation and maintenance of over 100 pax events, landing pages for event registration and campaign initiatives.
  • Develop and execute MarComms plans for events and campaigns, including managing Jira ticketing for workflow tracking and optimization.

Event and Onsite Support:

  • Provide onsite support for less than 200 pax third-party events and 60-100 pax workshop events annually.
  • Oversee registration management for events, ensuring a seamless attendee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event success, including coordinating logistics and materials.
