We are looking for a skilled Network & Security Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and optimize cutting-edge network and security solutions for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity, robust security, and optimal performance across various network infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:
Network & Security Design & Implementation

  • Architect and deploy network solutions, including routers, switches, wireless systems, load balancers, and other critical network devices.
  • Perform racking and stacking of network equipment with precision and efficiency.


Client Engagement & Support

  • Build and nurture solid relationships with clients, understand their needs, and manage their expectations effectively.
  • Diagnose and resolve network and security challenges, such as connectivity issues, configuration errors, and network traffic analysis.


Technical Documentation & Project Sign-Off

  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including Low-Level Design (LLD), Technical Design Specification (TDS), As-Built, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) reports.
  • Obtain client approval for project sign-offs and ensure smooth project closure.


Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Work closely with project managers, operations teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to keep the team updated on best practices and emerging technologies.


Handover & Operational Support

  • Ensure a seamless transition of completed projects to clients and internal operations teams, providing all necessary documentation and support.


Requirements:

  • Diploma, Bachelor's, or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in network design and deployment.
  • Good expertise in routing and switching technologies, including BGP, OSPF, Multicast, VSS, Spanning Tree, and MPLS L3VPN.
  • Hands-on experience with industry-leading brands such as Cisco, Extreme Networks, Aruba, and Ekahau Site Survey tools.
