Position Overview
Client is seeking an on-site Engagement Manager that will serve as the primary point of contact between client and our customer's operational teams. This role will be embedded on-site at our customer's mining operations, ensuring that digital transformation initiatives align with business needs, gain stakeholder buy-in, and deliver measurable value.

The Engagement Manager will coordinate across multiple teams, including company executives, frontline operators, clients technical teams, and external partners. They will play a critical role in change management, adoption, and continuous improvement to ensure that AI-driven digital products deliver real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities
On-Site Program Leadership & Execution

  • Act as the on-the-ground representative of client, ensuring alignment between client's operational teams and client's digital transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee the implementation of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), ensuring they are integrated into client's workflows and deliver intended benefits.
  • Work with operational teams to identify pain points, feedback, and improvement areas, ensuring digital tools are optimized for real-world use.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives.


Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

  • Build relationships with client executives, site managers, and frontline operators to drive engagement and secure buy-in for digital transformation.
  • Oversee workshops, training sessions, and coaching to ensure successful adoption of AI-driven digital tools.
  • Work with client leadership to navigate organizational change, ensuring smooth integration of new technologies and workflows.
  • Manage expectations, risks, and roadblocks, proactively resolving challenges that arise during implementation.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with client's technical teams, including AI engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to ensure solutions are aligned with operational needs.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and frontline operators, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
  • Coordinate with external partners, contractors, and vendors involved in the digital transformation process.

Continuous Improvement & Value Realization

  • Ensure that digital solutions deliver measurable cost savings, efficiency gains, and operational improvements.
  • Work with client's leadership and client's strategy teams to prioritize future digital transformation initiatives based on value potential.
  • Identify opportunities to scale successful MVPs into enterprise-wide digital capabilities.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, industrial operations, consulting, or technology implementation.experience in mining, heavy industry, or manufacturing .
  • Proven ability to lead on-site engagements, working directly with operational teams to implement change.
  • Deep understanding of AI, digital technologies, and process optimization in an industrial setting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging both executives and frontline teams.
  • Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to bridge technical solutions and business needs.
  • Experience in agile project execution, change management, and technology adoption.
  • Willingness to commute to Indonesia based mining operations for extended periods.
