Job Description

  • Be the key contact point for all customers
  • Attend to customers' enquiries/problems/feedback/complaints and follow-through with the necessary actions promptly
  • Manage all incoming calls and emails professionally
  • Compile customer feedback and suggestions so as to improve and develop Service Standards.
  • Perform outbound follow-up calls to customers to help deepen relationships
  • Maintain Customer Service standards and procedures.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in customer service/call centre environment
  • Manage customers on online e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Professional attitude and ability to self-manage.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Prompt and responsive in account servicing duties.
