Job Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end procurement contract process.
- Manage and follow up on monthly contract headcount invoicing and paperwork.
- Review and manage user access and licenses for design tools.
- Update budget tracker with monthly expense report and follow up on clarifications.
- Support day-to-day operations for the department, such as hardware asset management, onboarding, offboarding, operational queries.
- Manage logistics for monthly staff events such as townhalls, offsites, etc.
- Update various tracker in the form of excel sheet (i.e. resource management, invoice management, etc.) and making sure all numbers are up-to-date and accurate.
Job Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in any field with 3 - 4 years' working experience in administrative or operations roles.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with stakeholders.
- Meticulous to ensure accuracy of deliverables & good with processes.
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
