Job scopes
- Investigate and resolve customer remittances queries in accordance with established service level agreement and payment guidelines
- Work with business units, agent banks/correspondent banks to resolve remittance queries
- Process failed remittances in accordance to procedures
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Manager
Job requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in finance or any related fields
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in banking operations role
- Related experience in payments is a plus
- Good to have experience in banking or financial industry.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint with O365.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively communicate with the team
