Job Scope

  • Manage daily settlements, reconciliation, and payment operations.
  • Ensure adherence to end-to-end SOPs and foster a transparent team culture.
  • Involves managing data, client reporting, and trade processes.
  • Track KPIs, process invoices, and manage new licenses for merchants.
  • Resolve transactional issues within SLAs and assist with vendor setup.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Management or equivalent.
  • 2+ / 5+ years of experience in the payments industry.
  • Proficiency in settlements and reconciliation with multiple parties.
