Responsiblities
- Process end-to-end payroll for all employees, including calculations, deductions, and disbursements with accuracy.
- Manage monthly CPF contributions, income tax submissions, and other statutory requirements in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure timely and precise payment of salaries, bonuses, and other forms of compensation.
- Stay informed of updates in local payroll regulations and maintain adherence to Singapore employment laws.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports such as IR8A, IR21, and other required filings.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee payroll-related queries.
- Provide guidance on payroll policies, procedures, and statutory obligations.
- Maintain and update payroll system records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Oversee employee insurance plans, including medical, dental, and life insurance coverage.
- Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries related to insurance and benefits.
- Collaborate with insurance brokers to address updates or resolve any issues.
Requirments
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing.
- well verse in Singapore employment laws, CPF regulations, and tax requirements.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HANA is a plus.
