Job Description
- Process end-to-end payroll for all employees (CPF contributions, income tax submissions, other statutory requirements) and ensure timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation.
- Oversee employee insurance plans, including medical, dental, and life insurance and coordinate with insurance agents to address any issues.
- Maintain and update payroll system records accurately.
- Perform advisory role with regards to payroll policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Address payroll, insurance and benefits related queries from employees.
- Stay abreast of local payroll regulations and ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports (IR8A, IR21, etc.)
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Prior experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HANA.
- Familiar in Singapore employment laws, CPF regulations, and tax requirements.
