Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Manage RFQs, New Product Development (NPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), First Article (FA), and product transfer processes.
• 
  Prepare purchase requisitions, review supplier quotations, and conduct technical bid evaluations as needed.
• 
  Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of project activities and order fulfillment.
• 
  Work closely with customers on audits and engineering change orders.
• 
  Oversee the transition of projects from development to operations, ensuring proper documentation and procedures are in place for repeat sales order handling.
• 
  Monitor and manage supplier performance to meet delivery schedules, cost targets, and quality standards.
• 
  Identify potential risks in programs and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational goals.
• 
  Manage and coordinate the full product certification process from application to final approval.
• 
  Create technical documentation, including 2D drawings and 3D models.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma/Higher Nitec in Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in contract manufacturing
• Must able to analyse technical drawing/specification
• experience in SAP system is a plus
