Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support system enhancement projects in transaction/sanctions screening, ensuring key deliverables and timelines are met.
- Drive project deliverables for the Sanctions Screening Workflow (SSW) system, including:
- Requirement gathering
- Crafting test cases
- Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and signoffs
- Managing weekend Live Verification (LV)
- Support system enhancements for the Enterprise-Wide Surveillance System (EWSS) Actimize system and GenAI-related initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate SSW solutions post-launch.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate SSW solutions, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with ad-hoc reviews or tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 2 years of experience in financial institutions, preferably in a project management capacity for corporate banking.
- Good knowledge of Cash Payments, SWIFT messages, and transaction/sanctions screening.
- Experience with GenAI prompt engineering is good to have.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter who can work independently in an ambiguous environment, with a proactive and positive attitude.
