Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support system enhancement projects in transaction/sanctions screening, ensuring key deliverables and timelines are met.
  • Drive project deliverables for the Sanctions Screening Workflow (SSW) system, including:
    • Requirement gathering
    • Crafting test cases
    • Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and signoffs
    • Managing weekend Live Verification (LV)
  • Support system enhancements for the Enterprise-Wide Surveillance System (EWSS) Actimize system and GenAI-related initiatives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate SSW solutions post-launch.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate SSW solutions, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with ad-hoc reviews or tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 2 years of experience in financial institutions, preferably in a project management capacity for corporate banking.
  • Good knowledge of Cash Payments, SWIFT messages, and transaction/sanctions screening.
  • Experience with GenAI prompt engineering is good to have.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-starter who can work independently in an ambiguous environment, with a proactive and positive attitude.
