Job Scope

  • Oversee and manage the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring its effective operation, adherence to project management best practices, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish project governance and cadence.
  • Coordinate with the technology PMO to plan and publish detailed project delivery milestones.
  • Keep track of overall project progress vs. planned milestones on a weekly basis and escalate to country project leads and the Program Steering Committee (PSC) for any timeline risks.
  • Keep track of the project budget allocated to the business unit/supporting unit and ensure spending is within the budget, while ensuring project financials are up to date, correct, and captured in a timely manner.
  • Orchestrate cross-squad project deliverables to ensure all squads are running independently and efficiently.
  • Ensure delivery of key initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Engage with stakeholders across business and technology to ensure alignment on key deliverables and timelines.
  • Provide regular updates and follow up on action items.
  • Drive and manage end-to-end project delivery, including requirements, design, testing, and deployment.



Job Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, IT, or equivalent.
  • More than 7 years of experience in the direct management of IT application projects and possess sound banking product knowledge, especially in cards, unsecured loans, and payments.
  • Able to work with external vendors and across diversified teams.
  • Process-driven and an excellent advocate in reporting.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
