Job Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Investigate customer complaints and document non-conformance.
• Issue documents (TDS, COA) and respond to technical inquiries internally and externally.
• Ensure maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Manage QC laboratories (Chemical, Sensory, Microbiology) according to ISO and other standards.
• Support continuous improvements in QA/QC processes.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of gas chromatography, densimeters, and refractive index equipment.
• Basic chemistry and sensory evaluation skills.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
