Job Responsibilities:

• Manage internal and external excursions, including MRB or Quality Claims.
• Oversee customer data reporting.
• Conduct training sessions related to quality.
• Assist with customer surveys and audits.
• Drive continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Science.
• Proactive, able to multi-task, and work effectively under pressure.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative team player.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and statistical techniques is a plus.
• Auditing experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with system flow and databases is a plus.
