Workplace Experience
- Knowledgeable of the unique floor operations, culture, events, and key stakeholders.
- Understanding of employee preferences regarding meeting setups and other workplace needs.
- Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders on all levels.
- Adaptable to unexpected events or issues that may arise and able to facilitate communication with appropriate parties (Helpdesk, Facilities, etc.) for a timely resolution on behalf of Client.
- Client process on new hires and visiting employees, pre-checks of workstations and assists with on-site needs.
- Assists with troubleshooting issues as they relate to technology, facilities, etc. Ensure that the office equipment is in good working condition, rectifying issues immediately.
- Liaise and manage respective vendors to support the functionality of office space.
- Ensures workspace is always kept clean and tidy, free of any waste, technology, or sensitive materials.
- Visible on the floors performing regular walkthroughs with checklists to report low stock of supplies (pantry/stationery/equipment), facility/janitorial needs, maintaining office aesthetic, and assisting with ad hoc
requests.
Guest & Visitor Experience - Gathers and manages necessary information for guest pre-registration to ensure a smooth onsite guest experience.
- Promptly escorts guests/clients who will be meeting guest personnel into their assigned conference room.
- Understands and gains familiarity with the preferences of clients' employees and visitors.
- Facilitates the experience for visiting clients' employees to office offices from arrival to departure.
Meeting Room Support - Provides a one-point-of-contact approach to managing meeting room bookings and supports beverage service coordination for meetings.
- Checks conference rooms at the start and end of the day, as well as between meetings, to ensure amenities are well-stocked, in a 'ready-to-use' condition, tables and chairs are neat, and all technology equipment is in the correct place.
Administrative Support - Provides direct administrative support where required, including but not limited to organizing couriers, sorting mail, sending documents/packages to our international offices, booking facilities, etc.
- Assists with ad hoc projects and initiatives within the business.

Contract Period: 1 August - 30 November 2025 (4 months)
Work schedule: 5 days work week (Monday - Friday)
Locations: Asia Square Tower
Basic $3,000+ Performance Allowance $200
Annual leave: 12 days per year
