Receptionist (Badging), Paya Lebar, Contract
Responsibilities:
- Greet/Sign-in visitors and vendors - issuing visitor badges (Notify Global Badging Office when badge supplies run low)
- Answering main company's phone line and providing relevant information or transferring the call to the correct employee.
- Receiving mail, packages and special deliveries. Then sorting/delivering the mail and/or notifying the employee of the delivery.
- Loaner badge check-out for contractors and employees who forget their badge
- Open communication with the Global Badging Office for all new badge requests. Help create new employee badges by taking the photo and sending all necessary information to the Global Badging Office.
- Collect the badges of all separating employees, then return to the Global Badging Office
- Conduct daily inventory of all contractor and loaner badges
- Monitor all alarms and CCTV cameras as appropriate
- Perform security duties as required: Respond to emergencies and notify local authorities as needed (medical calls, police, fire)
- Maintain Daily Log of all activities
- Perform walk-through safety inspections taking particular note of fire extinguishers and First Aid boxes.
- Notify GSOC of any unusual conditions or if police/fire/govt inspector arrives at the office.
- Obtain basic information for any type of Security Incident Report: Theft, vandalism, threats, injuries, medical, etc. Immediately inform GSOC of all reports.
- Coordinate with Facilities as needed for contractor service/repair visits
- Maintain Lost and Found property.
- Assist employees in contacting the Global Badging Office for replacement badges (lost/stolen)
- Other duties as required.
