Responsibilities

• To assist in managing external tax advisors and overseeing all aspects of tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely review and/or preparation of tax returns as required.
• Conduct research and support the implementation of various tax strategies, providing recommendations from a tax perspective.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the tax impact of business operations and ensure tax considerations are addressed.
• Coordinate and prepare transfer pricing documentation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Develop, maintain, and implement tax structures aligned with corporate tax strategies and policies to fulfill local tax obligations.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations, evaluate their impact on the Group, and provide guidance on tax implications.
• Review financial reports, monitor revenue and expenditure trends, and ensure tax provisions are accurate, optimizing the Group's tax position in financial reporting cycles.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent), preferably with experience in a Big 4 tax function.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in regional tax functions, ideally within the real estate or data center industry.
• Well verse in tax knowledge with excellent attention to detail, capable of resolving complex accounting and tax queries.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
