Sales Manager (Foodservice, Distributor Performance Management)
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Professional to drive growth for one of our leading clients, Promo Commercial water solution, across SouthEast Asia and assigned territories. This role focuses on managing distribution partners, identifying new opportunities, and providing technical and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed sales targets in assigned territories.
- Develop and manage distribution partners, OEMs, and end-customers.
- Deliver product presentations, training, and technical support.
- Conduct field services, troubleshooting, and prepare budget forecasts.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Business with 3+ years of foodservice equipment sales experience (or 5+ years in general sales).
- Proven ability to manage distributors, and meet sales targets.
