Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct repairs on hobby products, including but not limited to RC cars
- Maintain store appearance by keeping the environment clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Oversee inventory management by monitoring stock levels, receiving and verifying shipments, and updating inventory records.
- Operate the POS system to process transactions and handle cashiering duties
- Manage eCommerce activities
- Execute daily store operations
- Organize merchandise on the sales floor to maintain proper stock levels and create engaging displays.
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays to enhance product visibility and attract customers.
- Support marketing initiatives by creating and managing social media content and promotions
- Perform deliveries as needed to fulfil customer orders
Job Requirements:
- A professional education certificate in any field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the Retail environment
- Independent, a team player
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, passionate about RC car and other related products
Other Information:
- Location: Central
- 5 days work week, 11am-7pm
- Salary up to $3000 (depends on experience) + Bonus
