Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive revenue growth for the key business areas - integrated system solutions and product sales.
- Set revenue goals for the department and ensure profitability. Drive cost optimization and improve return on investment.
- Lead all aspects of the business division, from strategic sales planning and pipeline development to team management, budget control, and performance optimization.
- Lead proposal activities, bid management, and contract negotiations to secure government projects.
- Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with key decision-makers across various sectors, including government agencies in Singapore, proactively identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Foster close collaboration with the organization's global entities and maximizing synergies to drive overall company growth.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business / Economics or related fields. Post-grad qualifications will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in system solution sales and digital technologies (AI, IoT, Cloud, Data Analytics).
- Regional sales experience and network with government agencies & partners will be advantageous.
- Comfortable in regional travelling for business purposes.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
