1.Mission

  • Understand the global business strategy and develop the salmon business in the local market through current and new sales channels, such as wholesale, food service and retail in the Indonesia market.
  • The general objectives of the position are:
  • Brand building and consumer experience development for regular and premium products, focuses on the practical application of sales techniques and the management of the firm's sales operations.
  • Sells a portfolio of the organization's and/or third-party services directly to end-user organizations.
  • Inform customers of new product/service introductions and prices for such.


2.Main Results
Actions:

  • 1.Negotiate prices and volume with customers following the company's procedures, to maximize price and revenues for the company.
  • 2.Develop a customer portfolio, by visiting customers and increasing sales to grow the number of active customers.
  • 3.Establish regular programs in terms of sales and volume, to close regular programs with customers.
  • 4.Travel and visit customers in Indonesia to increase and develop client relationships.
  • 5.Follow up on late payments from customers to reduce overdue indicators in the portfolio.
  • 6.Research market opportunities and propose the development of new products to leverage market opportunities.
  • 7.Resolve claims with customers, including inspections if necessary, to ensure resolution.
  • 8.Constantly review the inventory to reduce inventory levels by selling to customers.


3.Main knowledge, experience and skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Numerical ability
  • Data analysis capability
  • SAP system.


4.Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Master's Degree.


5.Experience

  • Minimum 5 years as a Sales Manager or in a similar position, preferably in the food industry.
  • Knowledge of products and market.
  • Availability to travel.
