Job Responsibilities

• Participate in product development.
• Formulate business planning and programmes to build and grow business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers while gathering valuable market insights and information.
• Evaluate project profitability and implement cost control measures and strategies for cost efficiency when necessary.
• Deliver regular and timely project updates to customers, ensuring on-time delivery and excellent service quality.
• Respond to customers' enquiries, follow-up and provide technical solutions to clients.
• Compile monthly sales data and provide recommendations to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements as defined by customer.
• Manage the configuration management including subsequent engineering change.
• Oversee the control of documents and drawings.

Job Requirements

• Degree in a relevant course of studies, with at least 5 years of similar experience in the industry
• Proven sales track record with good business network
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office suites
