Job Description
- Responsible for achieving company's annual targets by increasing revenue and following up with customers to achieve sales as per budget plan.
- Study & understand the budget plan allocated to the team and working towards achieving the assigned budget plans and targets.
- Analyze market data and competitor information to develop comprehensive business strategies and action plans. Stay updated on industry developments, market dynamics, and regulatory changes.
- Negotiate pricing with Customers to maintain profitability and plan buffer stocks based on customer needs and company's components supply.
- Follow up and ensure payment as per customer credit ratings.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international partners and clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in a B2B Sales environment, preferably within the Electronics industry.
- Prior experience working in either Principal / Distributor Components will be advantageous.
- Comfortable in regional travelling for work purposes.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, team player, achiever, highly Independent and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Remuneration package includes an attractive base salary + allowances + 13th month bonus + performance bonuses.
