Job Description:

• Gather and document business requirements on customized applications.
• Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose optimized solutions.
• Convert business needs into functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and other IT experts to align business needs with technical solutions.
• Ensure that solutions meet defined requirements through user acceptance testing.
• Train end-users on the applications and provide ongoing support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodology.
• Experience in customized applications or OutSystems development is a plus.
• Possesses analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Interested in learning business processes and process re-engineering.
