Job Summary:
The Facility Senior/Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining manufacturing and R&D facilities. This role ensures uninterrupted operations by overseeing critical systems, optimizing energy efficiency, coordinating facility projects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee facility operations, ensuring smooth performance of cleanroom, HVAC, electrical, and utility systems.
- Support energy efficiency programs, analyze data, and implement improvements to optimize resource usage.
- Coordinate facility construction projects with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards such as ISO14001 and QS9000.
- Develop and maintain documentation, historical data, and technical drawings for traceability.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions and ensure system reliability.
- Train team members on facility systems and enforce safety procedures to protect personnel and assets.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Facility Management with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on expertise in facilities management, preferably in semiconductor or LCD fabs.
- Good in Microsoft Office and familiarity with industry standards like IATF16949.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination and project management.
- Able to be on standby and respond to emergencies.
