Job Descriptions:
1. Quality Engineering Support and Documentation
- Develop inspection requirements, facilitate PFMEAs, and resolve material discrepancies.
- Create and maintain quality documents such as control plans, inspection plans, and test protocols.
2. Customer Complaints and Issue Resolution
- Act as the quality interface for the laser production team, addressing customer complaints through failure analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and trend analysis.
3. Audits and Continuous Improvement
- Conduct audits, resolve audit findings, and determine corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.
4. Supplier Collaboration and Compliance
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements and drive continuous improvements.
5. Coaching and Validation Support
- Coach and mentor Quality Engineers.
- Support validation of processes, equipment, and metrology, ensuring alignment with quality systems and standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Optical, Optomechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering field.
- 6 years of experience in engineering within a machining or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Gage R&R, Weibull Analysis, and software tools like Minitab/JMP.
- Experienced in IQ, OQ, PQ, FMEA, 8D/RCA-CAPA methodologies.
- Skilled in managing deviations, non-conformances, and applying Lean Six Sigma principles.
