1) Sales Planning & Reporting Oversight

  • Spearhead the complete Sales Planning process in coordination with Central Sales Operations and the Regional team, including the preparation of monthly ROPS plans, and ensure integration of sub hubs into these plans.
  • Lead the incorporation of Sales Funnel Management into sales planning, guiding and optimizing sales performance.
  • Manage the creation of Long-Term Sales Plans, including defining planning rounds and retailer goals.
  • Direct the annual Business Plan process, setting retailer targets and conducting quarterly reviews from a sales perspective.
  • Oversee the allocation of volumes, working closely with Central and Regional teams to ensure proper order management.
  • Take charge of the monthly Regional Sales & Stock Reporting (SSR) process.
  • Plan and allocate volumes for new car launches and limited edition models.

2) Revenue Oversight & Reporting (Including Options & Mulliner)

  • Lead the Options and Mulliner business by creating and delivering reports that provide full visibility on the uptake of these offerings across the region.
  • Take ownership of the overall Revenue Management strategy from a sales perspective, gaining deep insight into revenue contributions by market/retailer and developing tools and reports to monitor performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent alignment on revenue management matters, serving as the primary point of contact for the BMAP IBP Manager and BML teams.
  • Propose strategies for increasing revenue quality and lead initiatives aimed at improving sales performance.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance the uptake of Options/Mulliner and lead related projects focused on driving revenue.

3) Sales Campaign & Tactical Support Coordination

  • Manage the regional tactical budget in collaboration with the Sales and Finance teams.
  • Develop and manage relevant campaigns, applications, and the associated approval processes.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance within the tactical claim process across retailers, the region, and BML.
  • Ensure the efficient and timely processing of tactical support payments.

4) Long-Term Planning

  • Own the annual Planning Round process with BMAP and act as the primary liaison with BML throughout the planning phases.
  • Manage the entire process, including inputs from APAC sub hubs and utilizing competitive intelligence gathered from BLS exercises to challenge or validate proposed long-term plans.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration within BMAP and with sub hub stakeholders to ensure clarity and support for plans.

Requirements

  • Diploma from a recognised institution
  • 4 years or more relevant experience, automotive exposure is a plus
