Job Scope
- Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and expand market opportunities.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and goal achievement.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Build good relationships with key clients to maximize long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Performance & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration & Market Insights: Work closely with internal teams and stay updated on market trends to refine sales strategies and drive business success.
Requirement
- Process Degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Experience to manage a small team (3-8 pax)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
