Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and a few others, to achieve business objectives and increase brand awareness, engagement, leads and revenue.
  • Create, manage and execute social media calendars. This includes planning, creating and scheduling content, plus monitoring and responding to comments, messages and inquires.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Content and Product Marketing teams to strategize and ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all social media platforms and other marketing channels.
  • Define the most important social media KPIs and grow company's and subsidiares social media presence and audience growth. Develop best in class monitoring, analytics and listening strategy, tools and reporting that compliments in achieving the strategy and goals set. Monitor and analyze content performance and social sentiment, using data tools and insights to inform decisions and translate learnings into actionable insights
  • Develop and enforce social media guidelines based on metrics and best practices and eventually develop the master playbook for social media for the company
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices in social media marketing, and is willing to experiment with new social media channels
  • Align with the other marketing teams such as SEO, Product Marketing, Content, Expansion, Community and Paid Media to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Work with copywriters and visual designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other relevant partners to increase brand awareness and user engagement
  • Develop and manage social media crisis management plans and procedure to ensure quick and effective responses to any potential negative or competitor-related comments, reviews, issues and inquiries.
  • Mentoring others within the team


We are looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms - preferably for start-up brands.
  • Excellent knowledge of Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Linkedin and other social media best practices
  • In-depth understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics, and is obsessed with user growth and engagement.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus
  • Analytical and experienced in performance marketing, content marketing and influencer marketing
  • Good project management skills and ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Great leadership skills and a self-starter and a team player who likes to have fun, is open to learning, curious, and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done
  • Experience managing a team of social media specialists is a plus.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Very experienced with Google Analytics, FB analytics and social media managing tools such as Sprout Social and CMS platforms
