Job Purpose: Supporting all sensory evaluations in accordance with project briefs using your senses
Job Scope:
- To evaluate food ingredients and products by testing them
- Active participation and able to provide constructive feedback in each sensory evaluation sessions.
Requirements:
- Good sensory acuity relating to smell and taste.
- Basic computer skills - web browsing
- No food allergies / intolerances or dietary restrictions, non-smoker
- Teamwork and ability to communicate well with a diverse group of expert
- Interest in flavour/food evaluation

- Working days and hours: Tues, Web, Thurs, 9am to 12pm, fixed
