Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer's enquiries via email or phone calls
- Advise customer on products and services related information accurately
- Generate sales from customer's queries
- Resolve any customer's complaint and issue arise
- Attend to any questions or queries related to company's product
- Plan and allocate adequate manpower to complete assigned jobs
- Manage purchasing related matters as per customer's queries
- Work closely with Service Engineers for any job task related matters
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical and Electronics, or any related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in the Marine industry
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Independent and able to work under pressure

- Location: Tuas
- Standard working hours
- Salary up to $3500 (depends on experience) + AWS
