Job Descriptions:

• Deploy, set up, and commission robots at customer locations.
• Customize configurations to suit the specific environment of the customer.
• Deliver training and instructions to customers.
• Offer on-site support as needed.
• Roll out and test new software versions on deployed robots.
• Provide detailed feedback to the development team regarding issues and collaborate on solutions.
• Continuously enhance our deployment and support processes.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Computer Science
• Minimum 1-3 yeats in robotics/automation field.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge with SolidWorks or CAD software.
