Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 4+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, System Administrator, or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with server, network, and storage systems (e.g., Linux/Windows servers, cloud platforms, etc.).
• Understanding of Internal telephony (IPC, Cloud9 , Avaya)
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in system administration for Linux, Windows, and/or Unix-based systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, or others).
• Problem Solving: troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex system issues.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
