Responsibilities
- Recruiting process support, including but not limited to posting job advertisement, coordinating background checks, conducting candidate resume screening, etc.
- Track candidate pipeline activity in a timely manner and report back to necessary internal stakeholders.
- Data tracking and monitor data integrity through various trackers and systems, resolve data discrepancies, address and flag report findings to leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Analyse key recruiting metrics to identify gaps and improvement areas, create reports when needed.
- Drive process improvement projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams in the region.
- Present problem finding and providing necessary training support to recruiting teams to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or similar discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in participating in recruiting operations/projects, focused on recruiting process improvements.
- Basic IT skills is required.
- Attention to details and ability to navigate ambiguities autonomously.
- Excellent in execution and operational rigor, able to drive cross-team collaboration.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
