Responsibilities:
- Support contingent workforce transaction monitoring and lifecycle management.
- Support the contingent workforce governance framework.
- Support the management of policies and guidelines for vendor management including vendor performance scorecard implementation and assessment.
- Review and enhance current processes and tools to support stakeholders for new and existing engagements to improve efficiency.
- Provide and develop training, standards, and guidelines of contingent workforce (CWF) best practices to managers.
- Support the development of data driven operation model for contingent workforce Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or in any related majors
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services industry; preferably in contingent workforce programme management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to build relationships with leaders across the business.
- Excellent project management skills with a sense of urgency.
- Intermediate to expert level user of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
