Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage talents of all levels.
- Work in tandem with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, hiring managers and other Talent Sourcers to meet and exceed business objectives and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipelines (via LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques).
- Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.
- Own the interview scheduling process and maintain clear lines of communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Be the ambassador of company's culture, ensuring all candidates leave with a positive impression of our organization.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment function in an in-house or agency environment.
- Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. LinkedIn, other social media, or forums) to identify & engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space and output target company's mapping list.
- Ability to contribute efficiently in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks.
- Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, along with attention to detail.
