Job Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using a variety of creative, cost-effective, and diverse methods including direct sourcing, networking, and internet research.
- Create and implement outbound recruiting plans to proactively approach prospective candidates and talent pools.
- Use analytical, data-driven sourcing strategies to produce effective and efficient search results.
- Market and sell the company in a compelling way to top talent.
- Develop the company's employment brand in the external marketplace.
- Stay ahead of the latest recruitment trends and provide strategic market insights through reporting.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience engaging and recruiting technical talent.
- Experience with a variety of sourcing techniques.
- Ability to think like a marketer and create unique and effective marketing campaigns to select talent communities.
- Ability to thrive in a team-based, dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a demonstrated ability to inspire and persuade people with a consultative approach.
- Experience in hiring within ASEAN countries is a plus.
