As a Technical Executive, you will manage and oversee the technical aspects of property management and maintenance. Working closely with property managers and maintenance teams, you will ensure properties are well-maintained, energy-efficient, and compliant with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Maintenance: Oversee technical operations, including building systems, infrastructure, and maintenance protocols.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the optimal performance of building systems and equipment.
- Energy Efficiency: Identify and implement energy-saving solutions while staying updated on energy regulations and rebates.
- Vendor Management: Manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality maintenance and repairs are completed on time.
- Inspections and Audits: Conduct property inspections to assess maintenance needs, address risks, and ensure compliance with technical standards.
- Budget Oversight: Assist in preparing and managing technical budgets, optimizing costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Technology Integration: Implement advanced technologies like building automation, IoT systems, and energy management tools to enhance property operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure properties meet local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards while implementing corrective actions as needed.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in property management or technical maintenance roles.
- Good knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety).
- Familiarity with energy management systems and sustainability practices.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
