Primary Job Responsibilities
- Source candidates using a variety of creative, cost-effective, and diverse methods including direct sourcing, networking, and internet research
- Create and implement outbound recruiting plans to proactively approach prospective candidates and talent pools
- Use analytical, data-driven sourcing strategies to produce effective and efficient search results
- Market and sell the Red Hat's message in a compelling way to top talent
- Develop the Red Hat employment brand in the external marketplace
- Understand and monitor our competition and be able to report market recruitment trends
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience engaging and recruiting technical talent in ASEAN
- Experience with a variety of sourcing techniques
- Solid experience with professional social media tools like LinkedIn
- Ability to think like a marketer and create unique and effective marketing campaigns to select talent communities
- Ability to thrive in a team-based, dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude with a demonstrated ability to inspire and persuade people with a consultative approach
