Job Scope:
- Provide support for 24x7 onsite operations and critical facilities, working in rotating shifts.
- Monitor 24x7 BMS, including upstream to downstream systems, and other critical facilities equipment in the data centre environment, including fire safety, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Serve as the first responder and Level 1 escalation point for all onsite operational incidents and issues. Perform troubleshooting and ad-hoc repairs on mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in critical facilities management, such as 24x7 data centre or facility operations environments.
- Knowledge of UPS, DC Rectifiers, Generators, DRUPS, CRAUs, Chillers, DX cooling, fire protection systems, etc.
- Familiarity with certification standards, such as LEED Gold, BCA-IDA Green Mark Platinum, Uptime Institute Tier III, ISO 20000 / 22301 / 27001, SS564, etc.
