Job Description:

  • Monitor and analyze user feedback on short video products, through deep understanding of product functionality label each feedback with speed and quality, annotate the feedback with the guideline provided.
  • Collaborate with SME (Subject Matter Experts) to promptly report and resolve product bugs, ensuring high-quality user provided evidence and driving effective problem resolution with clear and effective communication with relevant teams.
  • Identify user needs, provide optimization suggestions, and advocate for their implementation from the user's perspective.
  • Enhance the richness and completeness of user feedback, offering valuable insights to improve the product and implement optimized features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in optimizing workflows and tools, providing support for cross-departmental cooperation projects.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in the Internet industry, preferably in user or product operation or contact center environment.
  • Able to manage speed and accuracy while adapting to a dynamic work environment.
  • Passionate about social internet product-related work and demonstrates a keen interest in the field.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Flexible to work shifts.
