Job Responsibilities:
- To lead a team of AE / Technician to carry out all the Test related activities for server & Rack products for the production
- To support & implement PXE Server configuration for the products
- Perform & maintain the Server & Rack run-in test process
- Perform & maintain the burn-in & power test process
- To liaise with customer & HQ / factory on the test program implementation and maintenance
- To test and analyze all failures in the production products and work back with customer & HQ / factory for improvement
- Participate in the Kaizen activities
- To update the test program masterlist & tracking
- To prepare and update Working Instruction
- To support on the NPI Process
- To support production on mass run
- Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain)
Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in engineering with at least 3 years of working experience in Server & Rack manufacturing environment
- Ability to work with customer, HQ / factory, Peers / Subordinate and Superiors
- SAP knowledge would be a plus
- Willing to perform overtime or shift work if require so as to support production
- Good understanding of test methods and concepts (test roles)
- Knowledge of programing and debugging skills (test roles)
