Job Scope:

  • Process margin calls and interest
  • Process trades done by Investment Office
  • Process capital calls / distributions and reconcile the unfunded commitments of Limited Partnerships
  • Liaise with custodian to ensure trades are correctly posted
  • Download fund / bank / custodian statements and reports
  • Assist with daily reconciliations of cash, FX and stock positions
  • E-file and maintain records of transactions
  • Assist in Treasury initiatives and projects
  • Any other ad hoc task assigned by reporting manager

Requirements:

  • Degree in Banking, Finance or accounting
  • 2-3 years investment / fund operations experience
  • Familiar with SAP, banks and custodian systems
  • Proficient Microsoft Office user

Additional Information:

  • Salary - Up to S$4.2K per month
  • Commencement Date: Immediate
  • Contract duration: 8-month contract
  • Working days and hours: Mon to Thur, 8.30am to 6pm and Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Location: Kent Ridge
