Job Scope:
Inventory Management:

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming shipments of goods and materials.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring proper labelling, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels and report any discrepancies.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and initiate replenishment requests as needed.

Order Processing and Coordination:

• Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics service providers to arrange shipment pickups and deliveries.
• Generate shipping documents as required.
• Communicate order status and updates to relevant stakeholders, including sales teams and customers.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure efficient coordination of logistics activities.
• Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, such as suppliers, transporters, and customers, to resolve any issues or inquiries.
• Provide support in addressing and resolving logistics-related problems or complaints.

Compliance and Safety:

• Adhere to all relevant regulations and company policies regarding logistics operations, including health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar logistics support role is good to have
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using computer software, including inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and MS Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Physical stamina to handle manual tasks, such as lifting and moving packages.

Additional Information:

• Salary - Up to S$2.5K per month
• Commencement Date: Immediate
• Contract duration: 6-month contract, potential conversion
• Working days and hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
• Location: Aljunied MRT
