Accounting Responsibilities:
- To handle full sets of accounting
- Prepare month-end closing schedules and associated financial reports.
- Provide full accounting support to Headquarters for Singapore's retail and wholesale operations.
- Oversee daily accounting activities and process payment vouchers.
- To manage GST submissions and ensure timely filing.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, data entry, and financial report generation.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and consolidation.
- Support general accounting compliance activities, including annual tax filings and audits.
- Undertake ad hoc assignments as required, such as stocktaking and inventory management.
HR & Administration Responsibilities:
- Administer payroll processing, commission calculations, CPF contributions, government submissions, IR8A filings, and staff claim reimbursements.
- Maintain and update records of staff attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Prepare employment contracts, internal correspondence, and manage filing systems; coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics.
- Support staff performance management and facilitate annual performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS system.
- Assist in ad hoc HR projects, including employee benefits administration, team-building events, and annual dinner arrangements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, preferably with Chartered Accountant, ACCA, or CPA qualifications.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience across Finance and HR functions
