Job Description
- Oversee entirety of onboarding and offboarding activities of consultants
- Ensure thorough assessment in accordance to Representative Notification Framework (RNF)
- Conducting background checks, review and highlight adverse findings and escalate for further investigations
- Manage reference check requests
- Liaise with candidates to ensure completeness of onboarding/offboarding documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (agency leaders) on recruitment matters
- Generate statistical reports and provide for management review
- Conduct periodic declarations and checks on existing financial consultants
- Oversee consultants' resignation process
- Handles audit request
- Regular review of SOP and streamline processes to ensure efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment onboarding and offboarding in financial institutions
- Solid understanding in RNF framework
