You will play a critical role in supporting and managing the contingent workforce strategy, ensuring effective lifecycle management, and driving process improvements across the organization. This role requires a good understanding of the contingent workforce landscape, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the monitoring and management of contingent workforce transactions throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and policies.
- Assist in the implementation and oversight of the contingent workforce governance framework, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and objectives.
- Support the management of vendor policies and guidelines, including the implementation and assessment of vendor performance scorecards, to ensure optimal service delivery and compliance.
- Review and enhance existing processes and tools to support stakeholders in both new and ongoing contingent workforce engagements, with a focus on improving efficiency and user experience.
- Develop and provide training, standards, and guidelines on contingent workforce best practices to managers, ensuring consistent and effective management across the organization.
- Contribute to the development of a data-driven operating model for the contingent workforce, leveraging insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources, or any related discipline.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a background in contingent workforce programs, project management, and lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively and the capability to build and maintain relationships with leaders across the business.
- Excellent project management skills with a sense of urgency, capable of driving initiatives to completion within tight deadlines.
- Intermediate to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and create compelling presentations.
