Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to fill open positions.
- Collaborate regularly with hiring managers to understand business needs, provide market insights, and set expectations for the hiring process.
- Ensure candidates complete all necessary requirements in the applicant tracking system.
- Proactively source, interview, and present qualified, pre-screened candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage candidate progression by updating their status at appropriate stages of the hiring process.
- Adhere to the steps outlined in the hiring process.
- Promote workforce diversity by presenting a diverse pool of candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hr business or IT
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technology recruiting and staffing.
- At least 2 years of working knowledge with applicant tracking systems.
